So this big taboo of Chinese Restaurants – MSG.
We are not ashamed to tell you that, yes, we use MSG – and there’s nothing wrong with it!
Let me explain, ALL Chinese restaurants use MSG – I would go as far to say that all Asian (cuisine) restaurants use this flavour enhancer.
That’s all it is – a flavour enhancer.
There is no crime in using MSG – please read more information by searching the internet for “truth about MSG” or something similar.

Of course, you need to be careful not to use too much MSG – I can assure you we only use it when we believe that it will enhance the dish. We use it sparingly. In fact, we only use it for spice mix and sauces! The difference between a good and bad restaurant is having the customer’s experience at heart and knowing when to use the correct ingredients to add to the experience.
